I'm fueled by curiosity and commitment to continuous learning. At Google, I work on problems that are aligned with the goals for Search and how our information needs (currently, food 🥘) are met.

I enjoy challenges that blend technology and process in traditionally non-technical domains to create novel solutions.

💼 Professional Experience

🔍Software Engineer, Google Search (April 2022 - Present)

🗣️Software Engineer, Google Assistant (Feb 2021 - April 2022)

  • Developed recipes and cooking experiences on smart displays (e.g. Nest Hub)
  • Designed and implemented functionality to pull and display saved recipes across all collections created on Google (demo)
  • Designed and implemented feature to send recipes from smart display to user's phone (demo)

📈Product Operations Lead, Google Search & Assistant (October 2016 - Feb 2021)

  • (People Manager) Managed team responsible for supporting various aspects of annual planning including headcount and OKR process within Google Search
  • Created and supported strategic initiatives surrounding areas including M&A and COVID response
  • Created and implemented program for managing visibility of OpEx ($XXM) budgets, creating useful abstractions at both the team and leadership levels

👥People Operations Associate, Google (January 2015 - October 2016)

  • Implemented and optimized the Leadership Career Support Program, increasing executive retention and improving overall leadership satisfaction scores
  • Led data-driven compensation planning meetings at the VP level, successfully deploying a $XM dollar budget while addressing pay equity concerns and improving satisfaction
